Angelopoulos forever

A publication devoted to Theo Angelopoulos, honoring the tenth anniversary of his death, captures the fathomless legacy of the auteur through original artworks and texts. Giving space to the poetic image and the music of words to convey the tone of his monumental work, the book presents the Festival’s commissions to three photographers, five poets and writers, and twelve visual artists who open a dialogue with Angelopoulos’s body of filmography – with an emphasis on his first feature, Reconstruction, which inspires the central exhibition of the 63rd edition.
